buying a home that has a single \"idrive pro\" motor for double garage door. It does not have photo sensors installed. Is it likely they can be added? Would older unit have terminals or was it more recent? I do not have serial or specs on unit at this time.

The safety beam on my garage door is not lighting up and we can\'t program the remote. The no. on the safety beam is: 260597 and under that no. is another one: 0104E. Is that the same part as the one you show on your website as: W-260597-260600? I need to order one for my garage door opener, Model no. 3018.
Yes, this is the correct replacement.
My garage door will not go up all the way with either the remote unit or the push button on the wall. it does work if I hold the wall push button down continuously. I suspect the infra red module may now be defective. What do you think is the problem? And if I order this part and it does not solve the problem is the part returnable for a credit?
There are many issues it could be. There is no way to determine without being there to test. You can hire a local garage door technician for diagnosis. This product is returnable within our 30 day return policy.

how do I align the infrared sensors for the classic Drive? or how do I test that they are working? There are no lights shining on either sensor. My father\'s got knocked out of alignment and the door won\'t close (without holding the button). Can I use a Genie Safe-T-Beam replacement? (I have one on hand.)

This safety beam sensor kit is for all Wayne Dalton Quantum, Classic Drive, idrive, Doormaster, Wizard, and prodrive garage door opener models.

Will these sensors work with #3652-372, I-Drive? Thanks!
Yes they are compatible.
is there an led on both sender and receiver module or just one on the sender? I have these on my door worked fine for years one day will only go up about 18 inches and then closes.
The LED is just on the sender. The receiver has a sensor that sees the beam from the sender.
One of the photo sensors does not light up at all, but the other one does. Would this cause the opener not to work at all.
Only one lights up normally (that is the sender, which points the beam at the receiver).
My idrive opener has a label on it that says model #3663-372 but also on the right had side near the electrical connection area says model #3967. It does not have any beam sensors mounted on the wall down near the floor. If an object is placed under the door, the door will come down and hit the object, stop and then reverse and beep. It will not sense the object without hitting it first. This fault has come up during a home inspection prior to sale. Now it is on my punch list to correct prior to closing. Please advise as to how I can fix this. Openers were purchased and installed in 2006.
You can purchase this sensor set to fix that issue. It is compatible with all idrive units.
Hi I have a very old unit, WD 220 (I think from around 1995, I didn't install it). The sensors will not light up on one of the two doors, assuming they need replacing. Are these the right replacement units?
Sounds like you may need new sensors. Unfortunately the sensor you need are no longer made and there are no compatible replacements available.
