Wayne Dalton operator bracket for attaching a standard garage door opener to your 5120, 5140, 6100, 9100, 9400, 9600, TGII, & FCII model Wayne Dalton garage doors. This is the only operator bracket that you will need for your Wayne Dalton double wide garage door (also works on Wayne Dalton single car garage doors).
Designed to fit correctly between the top & bottom integral struts on the top door section. Eliminates the top door section damage, caused by incompatible, generic operator brackets.

I am trying to replace a Wayne Dalton operator bracket 20.8 part #248972 for a single garage door. Is this the only Wayne Dalton operator bracket you have?
This is one of two operator brackets we sell. It is more likely to be a good replacement for what you are looking for than the other we carry.
My garage door has a product ID of 13990 & 9005. Is this item compatible with it?
It works with most door panels. I don't know what the model of that product ID is, so I can't confirm.
Will is work on thermowayne model 36?

I have a wayne dalton garage double wide door model 19096 (vinyl) and the operator bracket ripped off the door. Is this the replacement bracket?
This bracket will work on any door that utilize an integral strut in the door section
I have a 16\' w. x 8\' h. Wayne Dalton 5-panel sectional door. At the center of the top rail (underside) there are 2 screws about 3-5/8\" apart (as well as 1 centered between each of the 8 windows). Can the 2 screws be removed and reinstalled further apart in order to install your bracket?
Yes you can reposition the screws to work with this bracket.
I have a Wayne Dalton Operator Bracket Placement 20.8 part number 248972 that needs to be replaced. What part is compatible to this?
This product is comparable and will work in place of that bracket in most cases. The 248972 is no longer made.
