The motor cover that I purchased was to replace one that broke on my old idrive opener. This cover is for a newer model motor and the sales person told me that it may not fit the older motor. The sales person was correct. I was also told that the motor cover for my older model motor was not available. Using files, sandpaper, and a Dremel tool with a cutting wheel, I was able to modify the motor cover to fit my older motor. Wish the older cover was available for sale, but I made it work. |
