Working within 5 minutes of opening the box. It was even nicer than the original keyless pad that my opener came with. The big plus was that it uses a 9 volt battery and not an expensive hard to find one. Shipping was fast. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. |

This control is much better than the KEP-2 it replaced. The lid holds in position better and the lighting of the keys appears to be brighter.

Overall love it. Just feels better than its predecessor (KEP2). We purchased this to replace a KEP2 we've had for about 8 years worn down from two kids. The only downside is the upper mounting hole is not in the same vertical location as the KEP2 and I was told they were - this one is actually shifted to the side whereas the KEP2 was in a straight line with the lower hole. Not that it's a big deal, but I had to drill a new hole to mount. Purely a cosmetic thing otherwise 5 stars. |

Ordered an outside keypad since mine began to fail...They said 4 days, showed up much faster than that. Perfect condition and works perfect...
It's a shame Dalton bailed from the idrive manufacturing...I love mine...I hope the parts are available for a long time. |

Great product, takes a larger battery than the original equipment 5 button model that took watch batteries. I replaced the general purpose 9v battery with an easy to obtain lithium. Controller now works at -40 degrees. |

This keypad was easy to install and program and it works great. I like the way it works.
Only downside is that it's 50 bucks. I was thinking it would be more like $25. |

I bought this unit to replace the 5 button unit that came with my house. It will pay for itself fairly quickly as the old unit requires 2 special expensive batteries that need to be replaced twice a year. This new unit utilizes an inexpensive 9 volt battery. I installed and programmed the new unit to control two doors in about 15 min. It is also much easier to use than the old unit. So far I am very pleased. |

The instructions where simple. I had the keypad set up and mounted to the wall within a couple of minutes. The wife and kids love it, no more worries about locking any family members out. The keypad has worked to perfection so far. |
