Purchased the unit for a customer and installed it on his garage door. The unit was much better quality than the original on the door and installed easily. Customer was very satisfied with the unit and I got a $25 tip as a sign of his appreciation.

I purchased this item to fix a neighbors garage door. Initially arrived damaged, but after calling and inquiring, replacement parts mailed/arrived far more easily and sooner than expected. Replace of door latch itself too maybe 45 minutes total including cleanup and minute adjustments for proper latching for neighbors ease of use (72 year old woman). |
