Radio control style: Uses radio signal 372 Mhz to control the light fixture. To determine if you have the radio control type, look for a little red button on the side of your light fixture(see the picture of the light fixture above). idrive openers manufactured after 2003 have the radio control type light fixture. Please select radio control style.

Infrared style:

Idrive openers manufactured prior to 2003 usually use this style of light fixture.

	Part was in stock fortunately as most parts are discontinued. The part was shipped quickly and recieved as a new part. Install was very easy and easy to program. I would buy parts from this parts store anytime.

	Light Fixture Replacement
	As a replacement part this light fixture is very easy to install. All that is needed is a #1 Phillips screwdriver. My original light failed when the plastic at the tip end of the bulb melted. This was in spite of never exceeding the max lamp power. I did use some CFL's in there, so I recommend caution if you are thinking of going that way.
