$4.99 shipping offer applies only to orders placed online weighing less than 1 lb. shipping to addresses in the United States that can receive USPS mail delivery. If the items in your order total up to less than 1 lb., you will be provided with the $4.99 shipping choice. This shipping method is not available for phone orders.

Orders placed on weekdays before 11am Central Time are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 11am Central Time are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Most items are in stock at all times (stock status is noted on the product page) and will ship out same day or next day, but periodically we do run out of items during order fulfillment on any given day. When this occurs, orders with faster shipping methods selected are processed first.
