Genie Screw Carriage 20414R

This drive carriage or traveller is for use with Genie screw drive openers.

This is an original equipment replacement part for all Genie screw drive garage door openers, including the Genie Excelerator models.

This part replaces old part numbers: 25589S,25589Z, 25589R, 24357R, 20073R

Also new replacement part numbers: 25589S, 36179R.S

Genie lube is recommended to prolong part life.

All Genie screw drive type garage door openers manufactured in the last 30 years.
Including all Genie Excelerator garage door opener models.

To find detailed infomation about your garage door opener, look on the garage door opener power head located on the ceiling of your garage. Usually stickers and identifying information are found on the back or sides of the machine.
Garage door opener manufacturers change the frequency at which remote controls and keypads function periodically, so you will generally need to know the model number of your garage door opener.
Some models of garage door operators use radio gear (remote controls, keypads) from another manufacturer. In this case, you will need to know additional details found on a currently working remote control.
